What a day yesterday at the Numerology workshop I attended, hosted by Sue Suddaby-Overton and Mark Hartshorn.  Delivered so well, with such ease and friendliness.  I'm going to be using the contents of what I learnt in everything. Thanks Sue for a brilliant day today at Ashtorre Rock on the “Finding your Life Path” numerology day. I have come away with lots of decisions to make which are all the more easier as now I know they are right for me. It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday. I look forward to more days like this. Wonderful to connect to soul again.

I loved it and so did Lorraine. I thought you both balanced giving learning information with practical tasks really well, it was well balanced, engaging, took account different needs/approaches and levels of the group which were varied. Yourself and Mark work well together and were a really useful combination. I also felt if anyone had stuff come up both of you would have handled it really well. So good to learn about tarot cards as I have never used them myself, surprised myself. Learning about auras and chakras also fantastic and enjoyed spiritual writing. Its a lovely venue too. The reading was very accurate and some parts were quite emotional. I am looking forward to another session 🙂 Thank you Sue!

Heartfelt thanks Sue Suddaby-overton to and Mark for another insightful and empowering workshop day. The storms may have raged on the Tamar outside of the building but inside was a calm community of like- minded individuals who navigated with your assistance through the chaos of todays life by learning to harness the heart-centred power of intuition/self-care/compassion and kindness. This world we currently live in does not need to be fed by the darkness of fear/scarcity/separation/confrontation and conflict.
