Hatha & Yin Yoga
What Is Hatha & Yin Yoga?
Yoga originated more than 5,000 years ago and deepens concentration, encourages body and breath awareness whilst creating a lean strong body and boosting physical and emotional wellbeing. Yoga also increases metabolism, aids in fat loss, strengthens postural muscles, and supports recovery from injuries whilst helping prevent injury. Sue teaches Hatha Yoga which is a yang energy giving a strong practice, and Yin Yoga which is very gentle slow and restorative. Sue’s Yoga style is to channel intuitive words of wisdom and intuitive guidance to the group, inviting clients to engage emotionally with a personal focal point that can spur them into deeper thinking, inner change and personal healing.
‘The endless yearning for sanctuary, connection and contentment disappears when we find courage to seek the beauty within – where we often fear to go.’
“Sue is an amazing and inspirational teacher. Her hatha and yin zoom classes always feel very thoughtful and I love the way Sue weaves yoga philosophy into each class. Classes are well planned with clear instruction and no two sessions are the same. I’m always surprised how quickly the time flies, how re-energised I feel and how much I enjoy them. As an avid golfer I find that I have improved my strength, flexibility and concentration on the golf course.
I can highly recommend Sue’s yoga classes and always look forward to my Tuesday/Wednesday morning fix.”
